TESTIMONIALS FROM STUDENTS
"I love these classes. Some people hear the music themes and get excited about that but this is real exercise and I feel it the next day. The music is a bonus"- Takisha Johnson
"Instructor was well prepared and gave awesome instruction.
She was knowledgable." - Akilah Easter
"Beyonce Rooftop Yoga was my first yoga class ever, and it was fabulous! Lauren is a tremendously talented instructor who breaks the moves/poses down so even a newbie like me could follow. Brunch & bottomless mimosas afterwards were fantastic! I'll definitely be coming back!" - Kelly McGinnity
"So much fun! Lauren brings so much energy to the classes and it's such a great workout. Super sore the next day! Love the weekly variety of classes to choose from." - Jessica Lepe
